I’ve always flown with Cathay Pacific and never had issues with OLCI before, but when trying to check in for my flight on Thursday, I received this message – I’m unable to select my seat or check in online:

and CX
(flight no.)

For this flight, check-in is available at the airport. Simply head to the counter on your day of travel to collect your boarding pass.
Any idea what’s going on? Is this a system glitch, an issue with my booking, or could it be a sign of an op-up?
