If I rebook, I won't be rebooking for travel in 2 weeks time

Unless the travel market finally crashes and fares go back to sane prices, I can't see the new flight being cheaper than what I booked.
There's a 80% chance that I win (I will travel as planned and likely save hundreds of euros compared to waiting it out), and if I lose, I will lose 23€ at most. I like the chances of that

If the fare works the way I understand it, it's a no-brainer for me.
