I'm still awaiting my bonus tier points for my flights to MIA on 7th and 14th April. I have called them twice and they keep saying they will post soon and will email the back office to have them credited, but after 3 lengthy attempts on the Gold Line I'm now going to give up trying to continue with my pursuit of an airline who juts don't seem to care anymore. I'm just annoyed that I have already booked long haul flights and family holidays to the Maldives at Christmas.
