There are several communications regarding the vouchers and, as always with poor communications, there is room for interpretation.
Below is the text in an e-mail from Brussels Airlines to me regarding the Altitude benefits (translated from Dutch):
"These vouchers can be found in the inbox of your Miles & More account. Moreover, you can also give them to family or friends on the day they depart on a Brussels Airlines flight from Brussels Airport."
So there is no mention in this announcement that you have to be present yourself.
On the other hand, to enter the lounge you have to show a boarding pass for an SN flight, the voucher
and the altitude credit card.
How this will be in practice I guess we will have to wait and see I'm afraid.
