(photos are on smartphone and some problem i can't figure out why attachments or uploads can't be done on the current network. Uploading from laptop works fine. Will upload at a later time).

This Radisson property is the only one in Georgia not operated by Silk Road Real Estate. It's owned by same owner as Hilton Garden Inn - Riverview Tbilisi.
The building is a former Post Office building and restaurant is named Posta.

Hotel has lounge chair+tables section, indoor restaurant Posta (breakfast and dinner), and an outdoor eating/bar area at backside of hotel (with a decorative bicycle coloured red).

Hallways to the rooms have very large photos of local Georgian women in red attire.

Rooms are rather large. Stayed in two room types, both large and with extra atypical "nooks"
1. Junior suite, with working desk and side nook seating area next to windows facing interior courtyard.
2. Suite with tiny balcony facing pedestrian street. Large open room separated by wall (floor to ceiling) in middle (left and right sides of wall for walking). TV on the wall, bed on one side of wall, and other side has a small nook seating one or two persons with a curtain (if one person or a couple is staying there, why have the curtain ?)

Welcome Amenity: was almonds coated in sugar crystals and roasted, with a 750ml bottle of sparkling wine from a small producer

Restaurant Posta notable items
1. several wines from small producers. Did a tasting of five wines. Bartender was busy with a few customers, motioned me to self-pour the tastings.
2. croquettes are on the menu...perhaps because restaurant Chveni (around the corner from hotel; and tasty food and interesting decor) has several types of croquettes on its menu

Breakfast:
Several hot dishes (shakshuka, etc), presented in the cooking pot or pan, ie. small quantities. Small quantities of various cheeses, yogurts, loose tea, various breads, etc

Good stay. Prices much lower than Radisson Blu, only 5 or 6 floors (vs 20-ish at Radisson Blu), more boutique-type hotel.
