Thanks for the update. I'm not sure what it is with UUAs but I've had 2 now where it seemed to wipe out any recognition of the original fare being revenue based. I've also been through a fairly protracted process with them where I've had to send screen prints of what I booked. Directly with them. On their own website.
It could be something to do with BA's IT, but that's just a wild stab in the dark
(I've also been on the receiving end of some very nice 'bank errors in my favour' which is why I can afford to be somewhat flippant here)
