You're pretty much insulated from all but the most extraordinarily noisy economy-class users by the lavatory door, a galley, a set of curtains and three rows of business-class seating. Ear phones and/or the ambient engine noise tend to absorb most extraneous noise.
In fact, that lavatory is designated for the use of business-class passengers. Sadly most crews adopt a laissez faire approach and do nothing to discourage economy class passengers from using the facility. The lavatory on the other side of the galley is economy-class territory.
You are much more likely to be disturbed by crying business-class babies than by babies in the economy-class cabin.
