There's not a lot of reviews so I thought I would add my experience.
Had a brief weekend stay because it's close to Penn Station. No destination fee which is rare and a big plus!
Check-in was friendly. There's no option for welcome amenity. Just points, no F&B credit option. The lounge was open. No evening canapes on the weekends, but there is breakfast, which was surprisingly good (scramled eggs was excellent, the sausage was one of the most flavorful I've tasted in a buffet, decent cereal and granola selection).
On the 22nd floor, you can definitely hear a LOT of street noise with frequent sirens, but it got quieter closer to 11 pm. I was able to sleep through the night without problem.
