I'd certainly expect further cancellations.

There is a UA desk that has done rebookings onto other airlines, including El Al. They call many passengers, though not all, after a TLV cancellation. There doesn't seem to be any way to reach them, so don't miss answering the call...

Otherwise, UA will rebook you to ATH or possibly DXB, and you're on your own from there. ATH is likely the cheapest and shortest connection point.
