If you're having issues getting the credit to show, try removing your CSR from your Lyft account and re-adding it. That seemed to do it for me.

If that doesn't fix it, I'd recommend DM'ing Lyft on Twitter for more help ... their normal support team is extremely useless for advanced topics like this.
