Has anyone else faced this issue that I seem to face quite often? Any explanation/ possible reasons?
I think that once a certain percentage of seats have been allocated, the system then ‘closes off’ future selection, perhaps to preserve flexibility for Load Control to manage things such as INOPERATIVE seats, wheelchair, special needs and so on.
