Yes but it took a couple of months and is a ball ache. You need to call - request Advantage customer services and speak to someone who will create a case which has to be referred to BA. Expect frustrations but you will need to call. They also cannot give you an update until the 30 days times out on the request.

This needs to be fixed moving forward by BA/OneWorld.
