just an update on efforts to get some Japan Airlines flights to credit about a month after travel.
I spoke to a customer service officer last week, who advised me to submit my boarding passes via Malaysia Airlines' supporting documents submission page.
The officer advised the best way to access the page was to search for "supporting documents submission Malaysia Airlines" via a search engine :-)
Then, after submitting my documents and receiving a reference number, the instructions were to call back the call centre to provide this reference number in order to "action" the submission, which I did.
The officer of this second call said I would receive email confirmation this missing points claim had been escalated to the airline's internal team within two business days.
It has been two business days and I have received no such confirmation so I will follow up with another phone call later this week.
