Going to use my Aspire FNC here for a one night stay as a solo traveler. With breakfast covered by diamond status and $200 Aspire resort credit to burn, the dinner menu at La Veranda (Gordon Ramsay closed Sun/Mon) looks to remain under ~€100 even when choosing expensive items. I don't drink, so is there another way to spend the unused portion, like a gift shop (I know those Aesop lotion bottles are pricey)? Not interested in a spa treatment, though I did see a possible takeaway picnic basket that I could perhaps charge and take with me after check out to my next city.
