We arrived in T5 ORD last Monday. GE process was to queue for picture, then receive a paper GE flier to hand to the customs officer on exit. Kiosks were not in use and were off to the side covered up. We have not used the kiosks in a while.
whats the step by step process? the GE kiosk automatically takes picture of you as you standing in front of it and looking at the Kiosk screen? It than automatically prints our something to give to the CBP officer to receive the exit card? No need to press anything or scan passport ?
