You can write to frequent miler so they can feature it in "what crazy thing did citi do"
seriously, they are in almost every episode. Citi is notoriously bad with those things. Glad it worked out.


Also, about the tracker...i just got it for my AA card, the tracker would magically appear and disappear all the time.
