From the looks of it, requalifying for any Elite (currently CO Silver) is still 50:50. I'll probably have to do some "segment packing" (ie: BDL-EWR-CLE-IAH-???) this year.

No status for hotels, just points. That won't change. They just don't have any Starwood/Hilton/Marriot in some of the tiny towns I go to.

No complaints - I got Silver for 2000 and will enjoy it whenever and wherever I can.
