Aegean business class for cheap
Am seeing direct Europe (CDG/FRA/MUC) to HER for circa 200/250 one way in business class. Dates from now though early June. Bookable one-way for half the return fare. Here is a Google Flights link for an example.

Play around with the dates to find fares. I've booked MUC to HER at 232 euro and HER to FRA and 286 euro both refundable. Fares are 40 cheaper than that without the refundable add-on.
