Just to note that last week I was twice in the hall K lounge and I found it funny everybody was cramped in the upper floor (renovated) while the lower floor (old) was almost empty. I ended up staying in the lower level because of this – plenty of free seats and much quieter.
I was just going to post this, I had same experience. The agents seem to point everyone upstairs so if you aren’t familiar you would just crowd in. Lots more space downstairs and cooler. We’d been down the re before, I just didn’t remember.
