I am not sure who you talked too, but I can tell you looking at our (EY) internal system, there's no passenger flights on the schedule to Shanghai in May and June unless they've mistakenly looked at one of the cargo flights. There were still some flights showing in June, last week, in our (EY) booking system, but those are now removed from schedule as well. Initially it was 3-4 weeks removed in May. Our internal system still shows daily flights on the schedule from August 16 forward.
That’s my thoughts to, I checked online and unable to book Fridays flights with Etihad, which confirms based as you seen it the move to the 4 day flight week with China eastern
when do you think the flights will be removed after the 16th ? So I can rebook to the 28th from the 29th which has no such flight anymore for Aug
I have been trying with the contact center for 2 weeks to try and sort this issue out and keep going in circles and keep getting told I need to pay to move flight, stop reading gussip online, there is no such code share agreement etc.
Is my only option to wait and hope for the best ?
