I doubt it. SW seems to be foucsed on picking off higher-yield routes in the Northeast and more long-haul flying, especially as USAirways cuts back. I would anticipate that any new capacity will result in adding frequencies to new cities such as PHL and PIT and higher population stations.
Nothing against ICT, but SW can make a lot more money in other markets it currently serves by adding additional capacity. And if they do add new destinations, they will likley be in more densly populated areas than Kansas.
The last midwest station SW opened was Omaha, and they haven't had any growth there in years...
