Aegean customer service
Consistently, for over a decade, I have a SUPER POSITIVE experience with the Aegean's customer service. Waiting times, curtesy, attitude, resolution of issues, everything. It is a pleasure talking to them. No matter what is the issue - cancelled flights, re-bookings, awards.... understanding the issue....
I find them just unparalleled to any other. And, curiously, this seems to be the case with all the customer services in Cyprus, for any company. Consistently positive experience. I call Cyprus based customer services/offices even when dealing with other airlines.
I was wondering - do you have the same experience? I know I sound like A3 promo, but trust me, no agenda here.
