Gorgeous day in Chicago, although a cool wind picked up in the middle of the day.

From our base on Magnificent Mile, we ticked off a few classic sights downtown.

“The Wild Mile” eco project. Still in its early form, but a cool project to protect the nature in the river. A great place to chill in the sun.



After a hotel nap that went on an hour too long, we hit Jake Melnik’s Corner Tap for bar food and sports.
