I have been planning a stay at the Moxy Banff for August 2025 with my husband, and I have made a number of reservation changes, the most recent of which was a cancellation yesterday of a redemption stay for 52K points. I did not receive the points back in my account, so my husband contacted Marriott's Titanium customer today (I'm currently on a business trip in Japan). The rep insisted that the points were credited back to my account...in April. This was for a separate cancellation. I have clear proof on my account activity in the app that I made a reservation and it was canceled; I have the original confirmation number and the cancellation number I received by email yesterday. But the rep insisted that both numbers "do not exist," and I can't find an email address for the hotel. If there is a Marriott representative monitoring this thread, I would be very grateful if I could get this rectified asap. Thanks!
