If I have a flight booked to EWR that qualifies for the waiver now, and the price has gone down from when I purchased, can I get a CSR to reissue/refund the difference but still keep the waiver in place in case I want to change flights later on? Curious if a reissue today would cause it to no longer meet the "Original ticket purchased on or before May 4" portion of the waiver criteria.
