I had the correct locator number for Swiss, as UA supplied that, as well as their locator number, as there are UA flights included in the PNR. I guess it took a little time for it to appear on the Swiss app, but it does now, and I was able to choose my seat on Air Baltic, so all is good. Thanks to those who replied.
