(That said, if UA still had a meaningful agreement with Amtrak, getting them to cross honor and slashing all of the EWR-DCA wouldn't be the worst idea)
Setting aside the fact that DCA won’t be able to handle a 763 or 772 or 773 (or 788/789/78X), an interesting idea
