American Carriers used to be manic about this , I don’t know if they still are . It’s all very well and I can understand it’s a pain for the crews but then they need to have a ticket numbering system for use of the toilets.
They're still very clear about not congregating in the galleys, which makes sense. Also helps the comfort of those sat in the first and last rows.
