It's effectively middle name "Douglass" vs "Douglas"
Bought another ticket, and have been arguing for a refund on the original for a bit.

With more time, the original ticket should have been fixed, but for whatever reason LH just went in circles on that.

Is AC the only airline that doesn’t just accept a letter or two mistake?
