UA1158 LAX-HNL (777-200 high density) had it on proactively this past Tuesday morning. Captain announced it as part of his pre-flight announcement. It was fun at the beginning and end, but just some random chatter between planes for the 4 hours in the middle. Still definitely appreciated the gesture.
