Biometric/Photo Recognition Kiosks and Mobile Global Entry Issues
Entered via LAX TBIT last night and did Mobile Global Entry upon landing - seems that's not useful at all now as they made me go to the biometric kiosk - it didn't do anything. Hung after taking the photo - BOTH kiosks. Did the same to others. Only 5% in line got through - rest of us had to show documents to the Global Entry exit line checker, CBP folks

Seems they were having some issue with the recognition system across the board

Anyone else noticed similar issues the last day or so?
