Interestingly, my partner credited his flight to his KLM Flying Blue account. He also received his outbound points 2 days after the flight like I did, but not the return. However Flying Blue are so easy, all he needed to do was submit a claim online with his boarding pass and they credited him within 24 hours! I get the feeling Flying Blue doesn't even bother validating any details with Qantas as long as the passenger provides sufficient evidence, whereas it seems BA has to contact Qantas in order to credit any claims which then takes forever and means things slip through the net...
What fare class (a letter)? Class of travel Bus, Econ ? Each segment may have been a different fare class.
Fare class E (a low priced ticket) does not earn to BAC.
