During a Washington Post Live chat yesterday, TPG founder Brian Kelly was asked about his three go-to cards. His answer included the following:
Chase Sapphire (either the Preferred ($95/ year) or Reserve ($550/ year), but right now the Preferred has a 100,000 point sign-up bonus until May 15, which is amazing for a $95 a year annual card. If you want lounge access at the gorgeous new Chase Sapphire Lounges (like the new one at DCA) I would splurge for the Sapphire Reserve which is $550 a year.
I can't find anything online about a CSR lounge at DCA, and I was just there last week with no sign of one. Did he misspeak (there is a new Capital One lounge there), or does anyone else have anything pointing to one even opening up there in the future?
