Unhappy Your tier expiry date has been corrected [partner cards]
It seemed to good to be true at the time and apparently it was. On 1st April Mr WSM’s (partner) card expiry date unexpectedly changed from 31st January 2026 to 30th April 2026. He has just received this email from BA, although his card expiry date currently remains at 30th April 2026 on both the website and the app..

Dear Mr WSM,
On 1 April 2025, your new tier point collection year began and we also introduced our refreshed loyalty programme, The British Airways Club.
As a result of system changes, some partner card statuses were incorrectly extended until 30 April 2026.
We’ve now updated your Club account to reflect your current tier and correct expiry date.
