Nerd Wallet just did a review of Starlink on United. It's basically a glowing review. I have to echo people here, Delta's wifi efforts are anemic at best, and simply do not work at worst.

With the lack of consistency across their fleet, there's no way you can assume you will have Internet access on any flight. Even on brand new planes, (Neos) I have had maybe a 50% success rate? That's not good enough when even IF you can get a connection, often times it consistently drops out or is simply unusably slow for basic tasks.

Once Starlink is fully rolled out on United I could see a percentage of business users make a permanent switch to them just for reliable Wi-Fi alone. Delta definitely backed the wrong horse.
