It’s clunky at best and the points awarded are IME not always correct, especially for flights with AA or IB where I have caught them not crediting for YQ charges for flights not ticketed with BA.

The whole system is shoddy and poorly implemented. Even after the OB internet presence was down for more than a whole year while they fixed it, they only introduced more bugs, inconsistencies and lack of clarity.

The program itself is really not bad and while points accumulate relatively slowly and redemption levels are particularly bad value in premium cabins, award availability is often very good with redemptions booking into M, D and A classes.
