Got a response from BAH but just acknowledgement. They are still working on the case, I don't know why they cannot provide me with the breakdown though.
They have been investigating why my booking was suddenly cancelled by AA, this caused everything anyway. I will try the finnair's also.
AA have this tendency to drop sectors if the minimum connection time is not met - very often after they make a schedule change.
You have to constantly 'feed and water' your bookings with AA in my experience.
