First stay here and I had very low expectations considering the reviews.

But overall very pleasantly surprised (to be honest I didn’t leave the hotel apart taking a taxi to my meetings or the airport so the neighbourhood didn’t bother me that much).

Was upgraded the day before check in to a premium Grand Suite Acropolis with obviously a nice view (especially at night):




Large separated living and sleeping area, guest toilets and large clean bathroom:






Nice welcome gift and small chocolate box, local swift and 2 small bottles of Ouzo:



Grand Club is opened until 10pm with a good selection of canapés and drinks so spent a little bit of time there before joining the restaurant where they had reserved my a table by the window (so with the best view).

So overall a positive surprise and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again at least if on a business trip.
