I'm hoping it's not a 4AM meal (when you don't have appetite) and a small breakfast prior to landing on this 16-hr flight.
I don't think anything has changed.
It is supper/dinner service shortly after takeoff, and a hot breakfast 2 hours prior to arrival!
You can order instant noodles and egg tart mid-flight.
