Quick question: Since April 27th, I haven’t received any replies from Travel Assistants via email. Do you have the same issue?
Each time, after a while, I call them up. They see the emails, try to help, but they can’t answer my question, “Why am I not receiving replies to my messages?” They just suggest that I call if I want answers quickly (sometimes it takes a few days when I call them to ask about the messages).
Before April 27th, I used to receive replies within a few hours (at most) - I was assigned to International TA (KLM?).
Now I'm assigned to French TA.
When I call the international TA number, they inform me that my emails are going to a French TA (and International TAs don’t see them).
When I call the French TA, they work on the topics from the emails but don’t provide an explanation for why someone isn’t replying to my messages.
PS. Yes, I’m still an Ultimate until the end of this year, and I have enough UXPs for the next year. It seems that I’ll have enough UXPs for another year carry over by the end of qualification period
