Just a couple of Data points.

QF were called from Dublin airport around 2pm but they refused all changes. This included a reroute on BA 011 which had over 100 empty seats last night. the connections ex SIN were available.

They were at LHR around 6pm when told EU261 did not apply to delays which is really quite extraordinary! It can only be a deliberate attempt to obfuscate and frustrate legitimate claims.

The hotel nonsense is again deliberate. I screen shot Hilton’s and IHGs web site at 6:30 with every hotel showing and rates being under £150 everywhere.

Does anyone have a link to QF claims page? When I Google Qantas EU261 delays I get a pdf for cancellations
