I used to be a flight attendant in my 20s and I always made sure no one was talking loudly in the galley or crossing into F unnecessarily to ensure my pax got as much rest as possible. I’m sure AF flight attendants will be great I’ve never flown the airline before.
Got it. I always try for the forward (mini) cabin but personally don't like the bulkhead seats so go for row 4 or 5; it's just a question of personal preference, not based on any bad experiences with crew noise/disturbances between J and P. I have flown in row 3 before on overnight flights and noise has never been a problem. AF crew moving between the forward J and P cabins tend to be very respectful of all passengers and so I think you will be fine.
