I am trying to book HR Bali with points and very confused by the system only showing me room options with with club access, which all demand a cash + points combo. Same with Andaz, it's only showing suites. Does this mean standard award rate is not available for my dates? Does anyone know if those become available by any chance? If so, I'll be devastated, I worked hard to accrue Hyatt points to get 4 nights at either of these, ouch.
