I was looking for a hotel for a long layover arriving to hotel at about 6 am and leaving at 9:30 pm the same day. I have email the reservation asking whether they can accommodate me with 1 night reservation as a Titanium member and received the response below. Because my trip was rapidly approaching, I emailed directly Hyatt Oryx near airport and immediately received a positive response as Globalist. So we will be staying there - hotel was recently renovated.

Please find below our policy of the hotel for early check-in and late check-out for your kind reference.



Early Check-in :-



· If you wish to guarantee a room for arrival prior to 09:00hrs, you will incur a full night room charge and the room will be held from the night before.

· If you wish to guarantee a room for arrival between 09:00hrs to 12:00hrs, you will incur a 50% room charge of that nightly room rate, subject to hotel availability.

· We are offering a complimentary early arrival between 12;00hrs to 15:00hrs subject to hotel availability.



Late check-out :-



· If you wish to check-out between 12:00hrs to 14:00hrs we will be offering it as complimentary but subject to hotel availability.

· If you wish to check-out between 14:00hrs to 18:00hrs, you will incur a 50% room charge of that nightly room rate, subject to hotel availability.

· If the guest is wishing to check-out after 18:00hr will incur a full night charge.
