Both great products but... I've flown JL A350 twice and, while a very nice hard product, JL just doesn't do anything for me. Their HND/NRT F ground service is non existent, and their so called "First Class" Lounges at HND and NRT are basically Business Class Lounges. Etihad A380 is a great product but has a limited footprint. And I detest the AUH pre-clearance where you have to leave the real lounge and slum it waiting for your US flight to board.
