Goldorak experience at FRA - I was on a DUS-CDG-GRU P-trip a couple of weeks ago, and DUS was exactly like FRA.
I already mentioned that in the past, but some years ago, there was a great AF station manager in DUS who was always providing great attentions to P pax. He should be retired now.
But there is still something that should justify more attention in FRA compared to DUS : there is still an AF-branded lounge (there are only 3 left in Europe outside France : GVA, FRA and MUC). I don't see the point of keeping the lounge under AFKL brand if there is no "AF touch".
I have never flown P from MUC, but I am sure the experience will be much better when I see what they are doing for Ultimates.

At least you got *something* in FRA... when I flew P from BCN a month or 2 ago, I got absolutely nothing at all - no acknowledgement when I checked in, and therefore no escort or anything. Even in the plane, the purser did not realize I was a P passenger up until before landing when he came through the cabin to tell people about their connections. Shocking indeed. I thought the Spanish stations were doing better.
Another example : before Covid, I flew P from WAW and, despite it is all subcontracted over there, the check-in agent called her manager who came to greet us at the counter, escorted us to the contract lounge and told the lounge dragon we were P pax and came back later to escort us to plane and introduced us to the crew.
