I have taken over 200 Southwest flights in the last decade for a reason. If you are so interested in my opinions, go back through my post history.

Southwest is possibly the greatest American airline success story. They prioritized employee contentment and doing right by customers even after other airlines long ago abandoned both philosophies. When United changes policies to the detriment of customers and cuts employees, people say, that figures. With Southwest, it's is more personal for customers because it feels like a betrayal of people who chose Southwest for a reason.
