Thanks very much socalterp. Interesting question. My ultimate would probably be a mix of Emirates New First, Air France New LP and Singapore Suites.
• ORD-DXB-HND on Emirates new First
• HND-SIN-SYD-SIN on Singapore
• SIN-CDG-JFK on Air France

I don't mind red-eyes and actually prefer them especially on Emirates where many flights from SE Asia depart around midnight with perfect 3 hour DXB connection to ORD.
