No. Aeromexico flights are not sold as D1. It's sold as Business Class. See
this thread for a discussion on this.
When you go to buy AM 47 it is sold as D1. All their other flights on DL site are in the First class column but AM 47 is in the D1 column. Same with a CI flight. I know its not DL metal but it can be confusing as one would think they would get access to the D1 lounge.
