I suspect he's referring specifically to Chateau Whistler, and if you want numbers, they're in the thread. There's no question there are many days when the number of Diamond numbers there are indeed causing an overcrowding--we're not talking about a couple of Diamond member-occupied rooms at a time in the hotel, but a couple of dozen. That the Diamond benefit is degrading the product there is not really in question. But there are certainly many properties where it hasn't yet become a problem. Of course, if they make it any easier to reach Diamond, widespread overcrowding would only be a matter of time.
